Welcome to our state-of-the-art joinery workshop. Our 5,000sqft purpose built facility, is equipped with the latest in joinery manufacturing machinery and dust extraction system.
In recent years we have made a significant investment in the purchase of cutting edge technology to support projects of all scales and complexities.
Our workshop is fully equipped with a comprehensive range of machinery. This includes a CNC Router, 4 sided moulder, CNC Milling machine and edge banding facilities. Along with our CNC Spindle Moulder and accompanying tooling software, we can manufacture all window types along with fully reversible windows. In addition, we also manufacture AGB Lift and Slide Door Systems, up to 6m L and 3m H. With a recent upgrade to our spray booth facility and a dedicated assembly area, we can assure quality control at every stage.
An important addition to our workshop, is our centralised externally located extraction system, which we had designed specifically for our requirements. With this new system it enables us to increase productivity in a much improved workplace environment.
With over 40yrs of industry experience, we specialise in producing quality custom made joinery products, including windows, doors and door sets, bespoke kitchens, boot rooms, bedrooms and detailed architectural joinery.
By combining modern machinery with traditional craftmanship we can reduce lead times and offer greater design flexibility.
All our hard wood timber is locally sourced from merchants who’s stock is originating from sustainable and correctly managed forests and in particular FSC certified products.
FSC products have their forests of origin independently inspected and evaluated according to environmental, social and economic criteria agreed by the Forest Stewardship Council. With best practices observed, timber products are the ultimate in recyclable material.
